Professional radio communications: Our customer needed graphic overlays for three new products being released simultaneously into their market. We provided a polycarbonate solution for each, one requiring significant die cutting. We used a 3M 476 MP adhesive for each overlay (widely recognised for its high bonding ability and durable acrylic base).
Motor sport industry: We're working with a graphics house with strong links in the motor sport industry, where they are known for their custom-designed decals for cars, trucks and bikes and related merchandise. PA Labels have supplied competitvely priced vinyl and domed labels and we're currently working with them to supplying large volumes of swing tags directly into China for them.
Auto electronics: Our customer is a Melbourne-based company that supplies and installs radio communications and electrical items into the bus industry. PA Labels supplied vinyl labels for a newly-released, branded automotive power product. Another customer in the auto electronics industry was so pleased with the quality and pricing of dome labels that PA Labels was able to deliver that they have changed over to distinctive and more durable dome labels from coloured paper labels for all their products.
Environmentally friendly: The council in a major Sydney local government area was rolling out an environmental program to reduce the volume of unwanted advertising material being delivered to residents' letter boxes. The idea was that ratepayers and residents could attach an council-supplied sticker to their letterbox to reduce the likelihood of unwanted mail being delivered. The solution needed to be long-lasting, look good, comply with council branding and be competitively priced. PA Labels produced PET (recyclable) screenprinted decals, ready for distribution to 13000 households.
Portable fridges: Engel Distribution is among the largest portable refrigerator distributors in Australia. When they needed 500mm x 200mm vinyl stickers, PA Labels was able to supply them and deliver exceptional pricing for 10000 stickers through negotiation on a slightly longer lead time.
Campervans: PA Labels supplied A4-size, oval-shaped dome labels for a specialist campervan manufacturer.
Automotive service: S&B The right workshop is a Sydney automotive service centre. PA Labels supplied 'next service' stickers and 'tyre check completed' stickers.
High temperatures: Our customer manufactures badges and keyrings and were looking for the right material to withstand the temperature of an oven, which PA Labels was able to produce to order. PA Labels now supplies labels to suit badges for export.
Occupational health and safety: PA Labels worked with a Sydney-based printer to produced clear polyester labels to be fitted to safety harnesses. Another customer was looking for identification labels for electrical distribution boards. PA Labels was able to supply polycarbonate labels which subsequently replaced trafalite for this customer, who was able to reduce their costs significantly as a result of the change of material.
Logistics and identification: PA Labels delivered mirror-reversed adhesive stickers carrying a company name and truck number that are used inside truck windows for identification. Our customer contacted PA Labels for advice when their regular label supplier hadn't been able to supply the type of label they needed.
